Sleep Cycle

This really fucking pisses me off. No matter how tired i am i cant fall asleep untill after 12pm and now my sleep schedule is fucked, I sleep when i get home from school untill like 11pm then get up, do my hw and go to school in the morning,but then by the time school starts im tired as fuck again. I end up missing so much sleep throughout the week that when the weekend comes by and i actually have time to have fun, i just sleep through half of it to make up for the sleep i missed.

  1. Sounds to me like you should learn to clear your mind and relax before you fall asleep. You're probably very stressed.

  3. Make sure you get plenty of daylight during the day and turn the lights off at night so your body knows it's time to sleep.

  4. just change your sleep rhytm instant
    i've done an apperentenceship as baker and had to do the same for about 4 times it's not that hard...just make sure the alarm clock is loud enough :D
